Sign up for a GET STYLED PASS for only $20/month. You’ll have 7 days to try your items and decide what to keep & return

NO HASSLE RETURN DIRECTLY FROM THE APP

Keep what you love and return the rest for free with your GET STYLED BOX. Each box includes a prepaid return label & bag. Apply $20 of your GET STYLED PASS fee to your first purchase. For future boxes, part of your styling fee goes directly to your Stylist for their personalized service.

FAQ

  • The GET STYLED BOX is a curated Box of fashion items that your Stylist has chosen exclusively for you. The GET STYLED BOX allows you to try before you buy in the convivence of your own home. You can then keep the pieces you love & return the rest using your Kollectin App. You’ll be styled with a Box each month, unless you choose to discontinue the service – which you can do from your App as well

  • Ask your Stylist to send you a link to sign up for the GET STYLED PASS. Click the link and follow the prompts. Once you’ve completed the process, your GET STYLED BOX will arrive on your doorstep within 5-7 business days

  • Upon delivery of your GET STYLED BOX, you have 7 days to try on your items and return the Box. Ensure that the items you are returning are in exceptional condition, with the tags still attached

  • For your first Get Styled Box order, you will get to apply the $20 Get Styled Pass fee as a credit to your purchase.

    To claim your credit:

    1. Download the Kollectin App

    2. Go to My Orders > locate your current Get Styled Box order 2. Go to My Orders > locate your current Get Styled Box order

    3. Select the item/s you would like to keep

    4. Upon check out, a $20 credit will be automatically applied to your purchase.

    Please note, you only get to apply $20 for your first Get Styled Box, this fee does not accumulate or rollover to subsequent Boxes.

    Kollectin reserves the right to update its credit application terms without notice

  • You will be taken through a simple, one-time survey to notate your size. If something your Stylist has chosen for you is out of your size, we will do our best to select a comparable item for you to receive and try.

  • There is no return shipping fee for you to return your Box - Use the pre-paid shipping label + bag that arrived in your GET STYLED BOX. Drop it at USPS and you’re good to go!

    To keep or return your Get Styled Box order, simply:

    1. Download the Kollectin App, login with the email and password you ordered with.

    2. Go to My Orders, and locate your Get Styled Box order

    3. Choose the items you want to keep and proceed to check out.

    4. Return what you don’t need via the enclosed shipping label bag

  • Canceling your GET STYLED PASS is easy on the Kollectin App.

    1. Download the Kollectin App - Login with the email and password you created your order with

    2. Go to MENU > ME > MY BUSINESS > Locate the option to edit your Plan

    3. Pause or Cancel your Plan as needed
