We’ve recently been made aware of fraudulent messages from individuals falsely claiming to represent Kollectin. These impersonators are contacting people via Facebook Messenger and other platforms, offering remote “assignments” and requesting payment through gift cards or Cash App.
We want to be absolutely clear:
Kollectin does NOT operate this way.
Here’s what you should know:

• Purchase Apple or iTunes gift cards
• Send money to complete an assignment
• Use Cash App to fund tasks
• Provide payment upfront for work
• Act urgently under pressure or threat
• Communicate through unofficial personal accounts

• Hiring and onboarding happen only through our verified website and scheduled interviews
If you receive suspicious messages claiming to be from Kollectin:
Do not respond.
Do not send money or gift cards.
Take screenshots.
Report the account to the platform.
