Apply $10 of your GET STYLED PASS fee to your purchases, with the remaining $10 going to your Stylist to applaud his/her effort in bringing personalized fashion to your doorstep

The GET STYLED BOX is a curated Box of fashion items that your Stylist has chosen exclusively for you. The items will include one piece of jewelry (or more should you choose), two items from Kollectin’s Exclusive Brands and three Market Brand items. The GET STYLED BOX allows you to try before you buy in the convivence of your own home. You can then keep the pieces you love & return the rest using your Kollectin App. You’ll be styled with a Box each month, unless you choose to discontinue the service – which you can do from your App as well

Ask your Stylist to send you a link to sign up for the GET STYLED PASS. Click the link and follow the prompts. Once you’ve completed the process, your GET STYLED BOX will arrive on your doorstep within 5-7 business days

Upon delivery of your GET STYLED BOX, you have 7 days to try on your items and return the Box. Ensure that the items you are returning are in exceptional condition, with the tags still attached
All items must be in its original condition or a charge may be applied

You will be taken through a simple, one-time survey to notate your size. If something your Stylist has chosen for you is out of your size, we will do our best to select a comparable item for you to receive and try.

There is no return shipping fee for you to return your Box - Use the pre-paid shipping label + bag that arrived in your GET STYLED BOX. Drop it at USPS and you’re good to go!
To keep or return your Get Styled Box order, simply:
Download the Kollectin App, login with the email and password you ordered with.
Go to My Orders, and locate your Get Styled Box order
Choose the items you want to keep and proceed to check out
Return what you don’t need via the enclosed shipping label bag

Starting from your initial Get Styled Box order, you will get to apply the $10 Get Styled Pass fee as a credit to your purchase.
To claim your credit:
Download the Kollectin App
Go to My Orders > locate your current Get Styled Box order
Select the item/s you would like to keep
Upon check out, a $10 credit will be automatically applied to your purchase, and your Stylist will automatically receive his/her $10 reward for styling your Box
Please note, each Get Styled Box allows for the application of only one $10 fee and one $10 reward for your Stylist, and this fee does not accumulate or rollover to subsequent Boxes.

Canceling your GET STYLED PASS is easy on the Kollectin App.
Download the Kollectin App - Login with the email and password you created your order with
Go to MENU > MY ORDERS > Locate your current Get Styled Box order
Click on ‘My Get Styled Plan’ to review your options and to cancel at anytime
