  • The stylist who invited you is the one personally curating your box. Unlike other services that match you with a random stylist, Kollectin connects you directly with the stylist whose link you clicked. Either you already love his or her style? Or she knows your style preferences and handpicks each item with you in mind — so your box truly reflects your taste, not a generic algorithm.

  • The GET STYLED BOX is a curated Box of fashion items that your Stylist has chosen exclusively for you. The items will include one piece of jewelry (or more should you choose), two items from Kollectin’s Exclusive Brands and three Market Brand items. The GET STYLED BOX allows you to try before you buy in the convivence of your own home. You can then keep the pieces you love & return the rest using your Kollectin App. You’ll be styled with a Box each month, unless you choose to discontinue the service – which you can do from your App as well

  • Yes, as a new Get Styled Client, you get to apply $20 to your first purchase. The credit is automatically applied to your order when you check out

    If you purchase less than $20, you will only be able to apply the maximum amount of your purchase

  • As a new Client, for your first Box, you get to apply a total of $20 to your purchase.

    Starting from your 2nd Get Styled Box order, part of your styling fee will go directly to your Stylist to applaud him or her for her work in curating your selections.

    To claim your first box purchase credit:

    1. Download the Kollectin App

    2. Go to My Orders > locate your current Get Styled Box order 2. Go to My Orders > locate your current Get Styled Box order

    3. Select the item/s you would like to keep

    4. Upon check out, a $20 credit will be automatically applied to your purchase

    Please note, the first Get Styled Box allows for the application of only one $20 fee, and this fee does not accumulate or rollover to subsequent Boxes.

    Kollectin reserves the right to update its credit application terms without notice

  • Ask your Stylist to send you a link to sign up for the GET STYLED PLAN. Click the link and follow the prompts. Once you’ve completed the process, your GET STYLED BOX will arrive on your doorstep within 5-7 business days

  • Upon delivery of your GET STYLED BOX, you have 7 days to try on your items and return the Box. Ensure that the items you are returning are in exceptional condition, with the tags still attached

  • You will be taken through a simple, one-time survey to notate your size. If something your Stylist has chosen for you is out of your size, we will do our best to select a comparable item for you to receive and try.

  • There is no return shipping fee for you to return your Box - Use the pre-paid shipping label + bag that arrived in your GET STYLED BOX. Drop it at USPS and you’re good to go!

    To keep or return your Get Styled Box order, simply:

    1. Download the Kollectin App, login with the email and password you ordered with.

    2. Go to My Orders, and locate your Get Styled Box order

    3. Choose the items you want to keep and proceed to check out.

    4. Return what you don’t need via the enclosed shipping label bag

  • Canceling your GET STYLED PLAN is easy on the Kollectin App.

    1. Download the Kollectin App - Login with the email and password you created your order with

    2. Go to MENU > MY SETTINGS > MY BUSINESS

    3. Choose PAUSE if you would like to pause for the next month

    4. Choose CANCEL if you would like to cancel your service

    We are constantly working to upgrade our technology, so if at any point you are not able to locate the feature or it’s updating, please send us a support message on the App and we’ll take care of you right away
